Free FEMA Flood Maps

FREEFloodMaps.org consists of a small group of professionals (The Valley Group) who decided that it was just too difficult for the average person to view property location on a FEMA Flood Map.

So we enlisted the help of a few Flood Map Analysts, Web Developers, and the community at large, to get this project off the ground.

We created this website to alleviate the hassle of tracking down, and locating your property on a FEMA flood map. Some people manage to do okay, but for others it can take hours to wade through the government speak and legalese.

FEMA does have a Map Viewer on their website, however, it does not successfully locate all addresses... and when it does, the location is not always accurate; and when it is, many people find it difficult to navigate.

We encourage small businesses and local government websites to link to FREEFloodMaps.org so people in your community can utilize this Free public service. And, with the ongoing support of businesses and individuals, we are able to continue this service free of charge.

FREEFloodMaps.org is dedicated to the concept of providing our services for FREE. And with your help, this mission is absolutely guaranteed, because the bulk of our operating budget comes in the form of donations from small business, local government, and people just like you!
